An excellent example of this rare high grade private label; we believe the total production of this 21 jewel 18 size open face Bunn Special grade "Pennsylvania Special" to be only 200 made, with all examples we've seen falling in the 1742701 to 1742800 serial range or the 1934001 to 1934100 serial range. Notably, the present example is the first watch of this first run so by serial number we believe it is the first 21 jewel open face 18 size Illinois Pennsylvania Special produced.
